Then wait until your dog does not pay attention to you and turns its head to another direction. At that exact second call the dogs name. The dog normally will look at you. Then give the treat and affection. In case the dog keeps looking at the treat then place your hand with the treat in frond of your eyes in order to force the dog look at you. Then say its name and give the treat and affection.
